Create two cozy still life paintings in acrylic. We'll challenge ourselves with different textures like a shiny coffee mug versus a fuzzy blanket and practice our drawing skills using the grid method. Instructor will provide photo references but participants can also opt to use their own found images or set up and photograph their own personal objects at home! All materials included.

Landscape painting can be daunting, but once I learned this method, the world opened up! Using acrylic paints, learn how to break down and paint a landscape with ease. Bring 3-5 printed landscapes for reference, or use the ones available in class. All materials included.

Acrylic palette knife painting is a technique where paint is applied directly to a surface using a flat, flexible metal or plastic blade instead of a brush. This produces thick, sculptural textures with visible ridges and bold color blocks that a brush alone cannot replicate. All materials included.
