Our Mission

The North Hills Art Center understands the importance of having a permanent haven where people can come to learn, create, express and appreciate all forms of art. Our mission is to promote and encourage art education and art appreciation for both amateur and professional artists and craftsmen of all ages and abilities.

WHAT'S NEW AT THE ART CENTER?

Introducing Immersive Art Experiences

Summer camps aren't just for kids, so this year the NHAC is offering three "adult art camps", or Immersive Art Experiences, for ages 16 and up!

  • In June you can join award-winning quilter Stacy Koehler to design and create a wall quilt using fusible materials at Art Quilt Fusion Camp.

  • During the first week of August you can join accredited floral educator and member of the American Institute of Floral Designers, Patti Fowler, to develop your floral design skills in Principles and Elements of Floral Design.

  • In the second week of August you can join Stacy Koehler for Absolute Beginners Boot Camp, where you'll cover the entire process of making and finishing a table topper or wall quilt!
