  • Classes are designed to be age-appropriate. Please make sure you are enrolling your child in a class that matches his or her current age.
  • For the safety of your child, we require prompt pick-up after class.
  • Remember to have your child wear old clothes.
  • Please let us know in advance if your child has any special needs.
  • All North Hills Art Center instructors have the required PA Clearances.

Children's Painting

    Ages 5-7

    Join in on a playful art adventure where kids explore the wonders of nature through hands on creativity. Each session blends outdoor discovery with imaginative projects using leaves, sticks, stones and more. Perfect for curious little artists ages 5-7 who love to create, explore and get a little messy. All materials included.


    Instructor: Elizabeth Thill 

    Dates: Thursdays 6/19 - 7/10
    4 sessions

    Time: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

    Children should never be left unsupervised. When you are dropping off your child for class, please walk them into the building and ensure that the instructor is aware of their arrival.

    In this class, students will work with a minimal palette and continue to create their own colors while learning how to control the temperature of the painting. They will learn about different brush techniques and how to create a painting with depth. Students will also learn how to blend and create perspective. All materials included.


    Instructor: Jamie Monaghan

    Dates: Tuesdays 6/24 - 7/15

    4 sessions

    Time: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

  • WSH-8 National Dog Month Workshop: Paint Your Pup (SU25)

    Join us and learn how to show off your dog in this Paint Your Pup Workshop. We will learn about color mixing, canine features and painting fur. Register online and upload a photo of your dog so we have everything we need to get started.   All materials included.
