  Looking to add a pop or creativity to your wardrobe and learn a new skill at the same time? Look no further! In this class, you'll learn the basics of tablet weaving both on and off the loom. You'll go home with your own pair of one-of-a-kind, handwoven shoelaces and the skills to make more. All materials included.

   This class includes the use of a loom both in and outside of class and the price of the class includes a $20.00 Security Deposit which will be returned to you when class is over and the loom is returned.

  Ages 16-Adult

  Colorful wool roving is used to needle felt butterflies and birds. They can be used as pins, appliques and ornaments. In this intensive workshop, you will learn both 2D and 3D needle felting techniques. Bring lunch or a snack.

  In this intensive workshop, we will explore a variety of techniques to dye fabric. We will use plant material to eco dye, bundle dye and solar print. We will use fiber reactive dyes to ice dye fabric. Students will receive information on what kind of fibers and clothing to bring and what kind of plant material work best for dyeing. Bring and lunch or a snack! All materials included.
