  In this class, you will learn the basics of wheel throwing in a relaxing, no pressure environment with the added bonus of creating specific items you will want to use every day.   As we enjoy the beautiful fall colors and changing season, we will take our inspiration from the trees around us. We will create hand built and wheel thrown clay forms using bark, leaves, and seeds as reference and decoration. We will create bark texture, make seed sprig molds and stamps and use leaves for impressions as we create our pottery pieces. All materials included.

At the 2nd class, use your new mug as we will dive into the world of coffee with a certified coffee master. Explore the journey from bean to cup of the most popular drink around the world.
